Born 20^th January 1982, Pr. John Steven joined Victory Christian Centre in 1996 after giving his life to Christ during a miracle crusade held in Makindye by Pr. Isaac Kiwewesi in 1993. He drew inspiration from the Victory Church pastors during that time more especially from Dr. Joseph Serwadda. With unquenchable thirst for God, he gave himself to bible studies, conferences and personal devotion to God.

While in high school Pr. John Steven got a confirmation from God through words of prophecy, dreams and God’s still voice to begin ministering to young people of his age. In 1998, he founded a ministry called Save the Youth Mission where he mobilized youth from various schools and churches inspiring them to commit their lives to Jesus for He is the only One that can bring them a desirable future. He did Youth Ministry through out all his High School. In February 2007, he was ordained Youth Pastor of Victory Christian Centre.

Pr. John Steven a Graduate of Kampala International University is a social worker by profession and working with Civil Aviation Authority – Entebbe International Airport. He is married to Claire.
